Goals
The task was to implement the business model in the USA market, develop the web service for the implementation of transactions and maximize the automation of business processes.
Solution
To begin with, we analyzed the market for similar web services. Based on these studies, our designers developed a clickable application prototype and tested it on the target group. As a result of testing, some nuances of this business model were revealed and corrections were made to the prototype.

Functional Features
Service allows coaches to create profile and sell their services. The profile shows the list of services, locations in which each coache works, his ratings and cost of services (example). Users can leave comments on the profile, communicate in internal chat.
When you first visit the service the user is asked to determine his current location, on the basis of which the system will offer a list of coaches, working in this location.


Also, the user can select another location using the search form. Segmentsoft implemented a smart search that offers available variants in the database during the input.
For the transactions organization, we have integrated the payment system Braintree. The coacher sets the value of the deal and receives payment from the client, minus the marketplace commissions. All transactions, status and history users see in their lynch offices.
